All applicants must be Black or of African-American/Black descent and graduating from a Hamilton Township Public High School.
Applicants must be graduating seniors who plan to attend college or an accredited post-secondary institution.
Applicants must have at least C+ grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
Extracurricular activities, community service and indicators of leadership skills should be stressed on your application

Gary Dean Gray Sr. was an educator for 34 years as a 5th grade teacher at Kusr School, a 4th grade teacher at Rowan School, Vice Principal at Hamilton High West, Principal at George E. Wilson Elementary School, and the Substitute Director and educator at the Trenton Community Charter School. He also worked at the Bromely Center. Mr. Gray was a past member of the National Association of Elementary School Principals, the New Jersey State Department of Educational External Review Teams, Delaware State University Alumnae Association, Rider University Alumnae Association, Hamilton Zoning Board of Adjustments, Hamilton YMCA Board of Directors, Hamilton Jaycees, Hamilton Township Human Relations Committee and Chairman of the Mercer County Human Relations Council. Mr. Gray also coached in the Hamilton Township Recreation Baseball association, the Hamilton Township Recreation Soccer League, Hamilton PAL, and the Mercer County Women's Softball League.

During the transition from in-person learning to Remote (online) and into Hybrid (part online/part in-person) learning, our older adults have successfully assisted and continue to assist our students navigate new learning environments such as Seesaw, Google Classroom, Google Meets, Clever, etc.
ETE appreciates your patience and appreciates your perseverance.
